The second training of four Capacity Enhancement Trainings for the Disaster Management Centre (DMC), organized by the Industrial Services Bureau (ISB) and commissioned by the World Food Programme (WFP), was successfully conducted from 10th to 12th July 2025 at the Adventure Base Camp, Kitulgala. Building on the success of the first session held in June, this training continued to focus on strengthening team building, confidence-building, and disaster preparedness and response capabilities. Participants were empowered through interactive, hands-on activities and collaborative learning in a dynamic setting. We extend our sincere appreciation to all the committed participants who contributed to the success of this important initiative.
