The Labor laws of Sri Lanka being promulgated over the years to meet the evolving needs of industrial relations and contained in several different pieces of legislation. Therefore, Industrial Services Bureau successfully conducted the New Trends of Labor Law program for Human Resource Managers, Admin Officers and HR Executives on 28th of January 2025. In it, the problems faced by an organization due to mistakes in the management of the organization’s human resources were discussed in detail. The resource person for this program was Supreme Court Lawyer Mr. Wijerathna Kodippili.
