During the event, participants were educated on new products, advisory services, smart irrigation practices, pest management methods, and innovative technological approaches related to the coconut industry.

The event was graced by the Governor of the North Western Province, Thissa Warnasuriya, as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished attendees included Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Namal Karunaratne; Kurunegala District Member of Parliament, Vijayasiri Basnayake; the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Indonesia, Dewi Gustina Tobing; the Chief Secretary of the North Western Province; the District Secretary of Kurunegala; Chairman of the National Enterprise Development Authority, Lakshman Abeysekara; Executive Director of the North Western Industrial Service Bureau (ISB), Anusha Bandara; along with industrialists and entrepreneurs.There were 38 exhibitors including smart agriculture companies,Industry Players,Machinary partners ,Crop and Pest Protection companies,Drone Technology Partners,Irrigation and Fertlizer Suppliers with Finance assitance partners including nominet banks in Sri Lanka. There were over 500 participants for the Morning Awareness workshop including the presanatations from CRI, Petersons, and Specially from two Indian horticulture experts and finally panel discussion for aware the solutions of coconut Industry.

Following the inauguration, the Governor and guests toured the exhibition and commended the innovative products and inventions showcased by the exhibitors and industry participants.
