Mr. P B M Sirisena, retired from his 32 year long public service as the Chief Secretary of North Western Provincial Council on 31st December 2022. Mr. Sirisena served in the provincial council in different capacities and he served as the Chairman of ISB for nearly 06 years. Apart from that he served as the Board member for ISB since 2013, as the capacity of Secretary to the Chief Minsitry. During his long tenure as the Board member and Chairman of ISB, he was very closely worked with the entire staff of ISB and providing required guidance and direction when and where necessary, through his utmost humanity and sincerity. We as the ISB family specially thanks for his great support and cooperation for the hardships faced by us during the COVID – 19 pandemic of 2021 and 2022.

A farewell organized by the Welfare Society of ISB to the great service rendered by Mr. P B M Sirisena and Mrs. R M R Rathnayake, Secretary to the Chief Minsitry, she too retired on 31st December 2022. ISB pay their sincere gratitude to both of them and wish a happy and healthy retirement life.
